i want to start a new diet with little VERY LITTLE carbs. does anyone have any good websites i can check out that will sorta kinda outline a meal plan. or does anyone have any food suggestions that i can incorporate into a low carb diet.

    First, think about changing your "VERY LITTLE CARBS" mindset to "WELL CONTROLLED carbs." Carbs are good for you when you eat the right ones at the right time.

    If you want to go this route, I would recommend South Beach. He does a very good job of explaining WHY you're controlling carbs, and HOW to go about eating just the right amount of carbs.

    This probably isn't the most helpful response but carbs aren't your worst enemy. I eat a ton of pasta and bread and I'm losing weight just fine. It's just about moderation.

    Try a low gluten or gluten free diet. Many "carbs" are breads and pastas.

    Try and limit your carbs after 4pm and you will do just fine!
