Unusual food combinations?

Options
Baby spinach, a scoop of tuna salad (I didn't have the choice for just plain tuna), and sunflower kernels.
No need for dressing, the tuna compliments the taste and texture of the spinach. The three textures just work together, and the natural sodium in the tuna is really satisfying. I feel like I could eat just that for the rest of my life...
I won't, of course, but I probably could.

What's your favorite weird combination of healthy food? (I'm not implying that tuna salad is healthy, but it was a better choice nutritionally than, say, a greasy cheeseburger)

I love a slice of extra old cheddar cheese with a little bit of natural peanut butter.

That's why they made cheese and peanut butter crackers because cheese and peanut butter are made for each other.

I liked left over mashed sweet potato (butter and cinnamon) in my Greek yogurt, and I like it all to be cold.

Patacon (plantain flattened & fried) + tuna salad and salsa or hogao (basically cooked salsa). Yum. Little sweet, little salty, great combo of flavors and a boatload of potassium.

Honey roasted peanut butter on roasted chicken breast.

green beans with ketchup on them.

I know ketchup isn't healthy but a little on a nice serving of green beans is tasty to me.
