On strength training days, you do the "Ab Ripper X" DVD in addition to the strength training DVD (Days 1, 3, 5). On days, 2, 4, 6, & & 7, you only do the recommended DVD.
Do you have the workout book that comes with the DVDs? Lots of good information in there. The Nutrition book is VERY helpful. LOTS of people make the mistake of just doing the workouts and not following the nutritional plan (you don't have to live exactly by it).
A LOT of one's body changing relies equally on food intake (and WHAT you are eating) as it does physical training.0 -

I'd go to teambeachbody.com and create a free account with them. With that, you get a workout calendar that you can have it automatically add the entire 90 day workout into it. So say you wanted your first day to be this coming saturday, then you'd select that date and time and add it, and it does the rest. You then can go "start" your workouts and finish them their so it keeps track of what you are doing.0

Go to the beachbody web site and download the free excel spread sheets. You customize them with all your personal info..they have everything, all the workouts, spread sheets and nutritional info.0

If you purchased an authorized set it would come with all the info along with the DVDs.0
