      I use to regret sooo much...
      then i realized I don't have a time machine cant go back in time to change a regret and this regretting is wasting valuable working out time

      so I learn from my mistakes and move on.

      On a more serious note, I try to let things go. No point in wasting mental energy regretting something that is done. Learn from it and move on. Laugh about it if possible :)
