They say that the average person gains 7 lbs between Thanksgiving and New Years. 7 LBS!
I'm thinking that we all buck the system and drop 7lbs by Christmas. Anyone down for the challenge?

I think I need to set a new Christmas goal because I am already almost at my Christmas goal I have set. I'll try this...236.2 is my starting weight. Goal 229.2 by Christmas!0

My goal is 10 pounds by NYE and NO FAST FOOD! That alone should be worth 7 pounds0

Awesome! Let's go for it! If we do it together we can encourage each other. My self motivation lately has STUNK but, I'm gonna master this. It's 7 lbs... it's 4 1/2 weeks. So, that's 1.6 lbs per week. I'm a Wednesday weigh in so, I'll post where I'm at tomorrow.

i'm in! i'd like to lose another 7lbs by the new year. i'm doing the 30 day shred so have another 21 days of that left and i'm going to add in some sessions on my exercise bike too. i'm hoping that will be enough!
