Just curious....what would you do? Just record no losses until your weight loss catches up with the new scale (it weighs me 2 pounds heavier)? or would you edit all of your entries to reflect the new scale?

I'd just leave it, or even record it as a gain and keep tracking.
In the end, the numbers are just that :).

I edited past weigh-ins for the new scale. If that's a hassle, just make a note that this is with a new scale.

in with the new, out with the old. change current weight to new scale weight. i'd accept it and move on. you never know how long it'll take for you to "catch up".
  • how can I edit my past weigh ins. my new scale is showing me 6lbs heavier than my old one and i really dont want to eat up the difference. Its motivating to see the # of lbs lost each week when i weigh in!
  • Never mind. Found it in check ins with help from another MFP member.!
