Roasted Chick Peas anyone?

I just tried making my first batch of roasted chick peas. I have to say, I like them a lot. Of course they're not as good as all the chips out there, but I think they're a pretty darn good substitute. This time I used canned, but next time I'm going to use the dried chick peas and see if there's a difference. I just didn't have the patience to soak them.
Anyone else like these?

I love them, especially with a lot of spice. I like them much better than chips, and they're filling.0

They were a go-to snack for me at one time. They are quite delicious especially when you kick them up with a little spice.0

I think they have very high carbs though0

I haven't had these yet, saw a recipe a couple weeks ago. I have 6 cans of chickpeas and am planning to make some up soon!
This is the recipe I saw, is your method similar? http://beingveganeats.com/2014/01/20/toasty-oven-chickpeas/0 -
I make them too - They remind me of corn nuts though - but with seasoning, they are pretty awesome - I also do from the can though as I am not a huge asset to have in the kitchen when there are more than a few steps involved0

I love the roast chick peas. Like this recipe too, made with dried split pas.

It is very similar. I made one change from tips I've seen on All Recipes. I dry roasted them for a while before adding the olive oil and seasonings. I think that helps keep them crispy .0 -
I love roasted chick peas. Unfortunately they do not love me, and I have been banned from eating them both at home and work0
