First before + after

I know it's not a huge progress, but I feel soo much better. The left is 4 weeks ago and the right is today. I am obsessed with food and finally decided to teach myself to control my portions and workout. I didn't want to go on a diet or something temporary. I hope this is the beginning to a healthier, fitter me :)

    For fitness, the first 2 weeks I ran on a treadmill 3x a week for for 30min. The next 2 weeks I did the Insanity workout (~40min/ day). For eating, I limited my calorie intake by eating multiple small meals throughout the day. Some days I only had 1000 calories total but was never hungry/ starving myself because it was all like eggs, rice, broccoli, chicken, oranges, and like a granola bar and fruit snacks. Also, I started taking vitamins! Hope this helps!
