HELP! Clingy friend.....

I have a friend out of town who is extremely clingy and ive noticed that everytime I log onto fb, she will text me. Its like she watches for any sign that i am near my phone. Its bothering me alot. I was wondering If there was a way to hide my self when i log into fb?
