Currently I am trying to slow bulk I work at Meijers as a store clerk I literally stand for 8 hours and I have 2 15 min breaks I organized all the aisles correctly, help customers, sometimes lift stock, and return the items. Currently, to maintain my calories its 2,344. How much should i eat for surplus on a slow bulk? Please Help.

    Sup brahs.

Lean bulk you're referring too. The surplus varies upon many things, your metabolic rate, calories burnt daily, carb tolerence, height, genes.

IMO, if you have a quicker metabolic rate min calories you need on a lean bulk probs be 300-1000 above maintenance.

Slow metabolic rate, try go for 300 -550 above maintenance.

Remember your macros breakdown is far more important than your caloric one.

You look like a endomorph, slow metabolic type BBC.
So for you, i suggest you go 2800 calories per day.
    Macro break down of 40/40/20
