how many calories should i be eating

I am 5 feet I weigh 13 stone I am semi active can you tell me how many calories I can eat I checked on here and it said 1,200 which I will find it hard to do

    Considering your goal weight is 20 lbs away, a goal of 1/2 to 1 lb per week should be your max. Also, we need to know how much you exercise.

    Side note, with the basics I know, I would probably start you off at 1400 calories, 40% carbs, 30% protein and 30% fats. But if you exercise, it will probably be more.

    I don't do much exercise as I have arthritis in my feet and back

    Understood... when you set up your account, what did you set your per week weight loss goal at?

    I set the per week lose at 2 lb a week

    You don't have enough fat mass to warrant the 2 lb per week option. My Failure Pal needs to seriously add notations for this because too many new members are prescribing to the wrong deficits.

    Actually, I did make that recommendation but I dont know if they can code the system like that.


    Op, set your account to 1 lb per week. With little to lose you can go aggressive.
