Exercise Calories and Weight

When we log exercise, does MFP take our weight into account when giving an estimate of calories burned, or does everyone get the same number of calories for the same activity?

It does take your weight into account. Though the figures do always seem rather high.0

Yes, calories burned estimates vary depending on your weight. Similarly, your MFP calorie goal will also change along with weight which is why it is important to log weight losses/gains to ensure your goal matches your current weight.0
