iphone app

Ok so not sure this belongs under fitness and exercise but its what i seen as a good fit. I am getting an iphone this week (switching after going through no joke 5 androids in a year from malfunctions) and am curious of good workout apps. Obviously i will be getting MFP. I recently bought a c25k app on my android and want one for the iphone, any suggested ones? If i have music on my itunes account can it go on my iphone? like whole songs? (sorry i really know zip about iphones) Good "radio type" apps? Basically any motivational/fitness/music/food apps. good ones for kids too? THANKS

Hi I love my Iphone. Yes you can put your songs from itunes on your phone.
There are alot of different C25k apps you can download.
A good music app I use is called Songza only problem is you have to use it with wifi or you really go through your data on your plan.

    Here are a few:
Rockmyrun (music at different speeds - many free, some optional in app purchase)
You are your own gym (not free - sort of like doing weights with your own body)
FitStar (optional in app purchase - daily workouts set to your fitness level)
    30 day fitness challenge (free)
    ZombieRun (running app)
RunKeeper (tracks your running, walking, biking... with gps)

Those are the ones I use...

TuneIn Radio is free and a good app for iPhone but it does use a lot of data.

If you have iTunes then you can upload music onto your iPhone.

I use the Zen Labs C25K app and it can access any music on your phone that has been imported with iTunes.

PS. I also use the Runtastic Heart Rate Pro app, it was about $1.50. Runtastic works well running in the background with C25K to track your distance and is also free. Another app I like is called 'True Weight' and it averages out your last few weights to give you an actual weight that takes all the spikes into account. This is useful if you weigh regularly and want to avoid getting panicked about water weight gains.
