I don't even understand this. Three bites of something like chocolate, apple pie, etc., is enough to satisfy any cravings.
Okay. Well that's nice, but it's your opinion. :noway:0 -
Lindt chocolate balls. If I eat one, I eat them all.0

any cake, cupcake, cookie, brownie I just cant have one piece....So I refuse the first bite..only eat it on special occasion..My sons first birthday is sunday, and I will be having a slice of cake to celebrate one wonderful of a year!
I understand. There's certain things I'll eat to appease, like if my mil baked bread, and then I've had two pieces before I know it0 -
Anyone else have to omit a certain food completely?
I have to stay away from soda. Once I have one can, I want another one later. They're addicting. I also shouldn't eat chips because they never make me feel full. Before I know it, I've eaten half the bag!
I am trying to get away from soda. And its true. You have one, and then it spirals out of control. I hate when I where, do great for months, and boom, here's one. Here's another. Now you are basically living on pop. Ugh . I'm with you.0 -

Anything chocolatey. I can easily eat two or three big slices of cake in one go. I remember a couple of months back, I ate 8 penguin chocolates in one go before which amounted to 800 calories, I was devastated. It hasnt happened again.0

Things I'll admit in public:
Creamy sauces
Cheese
Toast
Things I'll avoid eye contact and be awkward about
Fat. Like literally the rind from the bacon or chicken skin or I don't care just gimmie gimmie gimmie. I had pork chops last friday and found myself rationing the fat. And suddenly realising I don't much care for the actual pork chop. Just the delicious fat around it.
I'll just go stand in the corner now and hang my head in shame.0 -
Fruit, actually... and bread.
Bread and Fruit Yes! I could seriously eat a whole loaf of bread. Yesterday I was going to have a bagel and strawberries. Then I found myself making four more pieces of toast just for breakfast alone! Rationing off the strawberries because fruit is disappearing fast.0 -
Swedish Fish :drinker:0

Donuts.
Stop and Shop around here sells these stupid little buckets of cinnamon mini donuts and it takes an extraordinary act of will to make it last more than a day.
I'm also a sucker for a good jelly donut, oh man. Or sugar raised. Or glazed. Or any really.
Anything else, I am pretty good at exercising self control. I just threw out half a box of chocolate bark I got for Christmas because I was tired of looking at it. My Valentine's day candy is disappearing at a slow (but measured) rate. I have learned to behave myself around cheese.
But donuts, man.0 -
