LAGO VISTA, Texas, Feb. 17 (UPI) -- A Texas detective was arrested and charged with assault last month after he allegedly kicked a co-worker in the back, hit him on the head with a notebook and then farted in his face.

I can't imagine farting on a person is more than a misdemeanor, if it's been awhile, you should be ok. Your family's statute of limitations on farting on a person might be different than the law's. I give you a 50/50 shot of being assaulted.
