4-5 small meals daily

If you eat small meals throughout the day, how do you space them out?

    I usually eat 5-6 small meals on week days (the snacks help with boredom at work) but usually 2-4 larger meals at weekends.

    Weekdays are usually thus:
    7.30 am - breakfast
    11 am - morning snack
    1.30 pm - lunch
    3 pm - afternoon snack
    6-7pm - dinner
    8 pm - evening snack

    Something like this breakfast :730 snack 10 o'clock lunch 1230 snack 230 dinner 6 o'clock snack 10 o'clock. It varies day by day , but a rough guideline .

    typical day i do this:

    7:30 breakfast
    10:00 snack
    12:00-12:30 lunch
    2:00 snack
    5:00-6:00 dinner
    8:00 bedtime snack (if im hungry)

    i always make sure my 10:00 snack and bedtime snack are fruit or something healthy. my 2:00 snack is my choice since 90% of the time im at work and people sometimes bring in goodies i give myself that freedom to have it if i want it!

    I do this:

    Breakfast 9 am
    Snack (occasionally) 10:30 am
    Lunch 11:30 am
    Afternoon Snack 2 pm
    Dinner 5:30 pm
    Evening Snack 7:30 pm
