Help Me Lose Weight ASAP

I gained 10 pounds in less than a month from binge-eating due to personal problems and low-esteem. How can I lose the maximum weight in two days? (I have a party coming up and I need to lose weight as much as possible without diet pills or supplements.)

    Chop off a limb.

In all seriousness, just accept it and move forward from here. learn from it and grow. enjoy the party!

Noticeable weight loss is probably not going to happen.

In the meantime, remind yourself that you are fabulous, enjoy the party, and if you haven't already, try to find an alternative coping mechanism to binge eating. Get help if need be.

If none of that works, go to the moon. We weigh a lot less there.

To answer your question, don't eat any food for two days, drink plenty of water, take vitamins, and do some cardio. That will yield the maximum weight loss in two days. Do I advise that you do that? Absolutely not. Look at the big picture and move forward.

Aside from losing a limb, eat well, avoid salty foods, drink plenty of water, take a walk, get good sleep.

You may not actually lose any "weight" other than water weight/bloat, but you'll feel slimmer. And eating/sleeping well, drinking plenty of fluids and moving your body is win/win.

Build a time machine. Or accept it, move on, pick an outfit that flatters your existing body, and have fun.

If you love yourself, then you should be able to enjoy the party regardless of whether your physical shape has changed by 10 Ibs. Some of that weight will be water weight anyway, rather than genuine fat, and should slide away once you go back to eating healthy. I suggest finding a healthier way to deal with emotional upset, as speaking from personal experience, frequent episodes of binge eating will play havoc with your body in the long term. Learn from this, use it to explore different coping mechanisms, find a cute outfit you like, and enjoy the party. The weight will come off in time, but you need to do it in a sensible manner preferably.

Do minimum of 12 hours cardio per day, don't eat any food at all, and drink lots of water. That is how. Should you do that? Absolutely not under no circumstances and for no reason whatsoever.

What *should* you do? Wear a flattering dress and portray some fake confidence. Long term plans: work on your self esteem issues and personal problems.

You binged for a MONTH but want to reverse the effects in TWO DAYS????

Does that sound logical to you?

I think cutting off a limb is the only appropriate response.

Sweetie, no one at the party is going to care or notice your 1 month weight gain. Put something on that flatters your figure and that you can feel good about yourself in and figure out a plan of attack to deal with your emotional issues as well as a strategy to cope so binging is not your go to solution in the future

    All the best!
