HI ALL,
Love this site. I am really controlling my caloric intake and feeling great.
BUT, I have one issue, I am always starving at night hours after supper. Any suggestions on what to eat that's semi-safe? Please don't say carrot/celery sticks.

Hi, the only advice I can give you is to eat any kinds of food u like as long as you eat them in moderation. Say, as long as you can fit them into ur calorie goals then just go for it.0

Hi! One thing that works for me is to eat more protein and fiber in my dinner so I stay fuller longer. If I am hungry, I try to grab something higher in protein and low in sugar. Try 1/2 cup cottage cheese with tomato slices or veggie sticks with hummus-yum!0
