Hurting Feet

When I work out my feet really start to hurt. I have tried different shoes and insoles but nothing seems to help. I havent tried the Dr. Scholls specialized insoles. I must add that I broke my foot a couple of years ago, but it hurts just a little more than the other one. They usually start hurting when I do jumping jacks, but don't hurt when i do other straight up jumping motions. Does this happen to anyone else? Are there any solutions? Thank you so much for your help!

It could be that the movement when your doing the jacks are what's aggravating your feet... Because it's side to side instead of a forward motion... Maybe cut back on those a little and see if you can build on your feet strength... Here's a link that can help do that... http://www.holisticonline.com/remedies/arthritis/arth_ankle-and-feet-exercises.htm0

I have one food that hurts really bad when I walk on the treadmill but not on the track. I have one leg shorter than the other so i wonder if that has anything to do with it.0
