Hello I'm an 18 year old 6'4 male weighing 247 and I don't look fat I'm barely I overweight but I want to lose
20-30 pounds and get that lean/abs look and I can only do mild exercise such as walking and maybe home workouts 3-4 weeks since I was born with leg issues. I'd love it if someone can help me lose that 20-30 pounds (: I want to know how much I'm supposed to cut my calories by. It says 3090 on my fitness pal app I know I'm not supposed to have 3k but should I cut it by half? And at this rate how much would I lose in a month if I eat around 1550
Thanks (:

Men generally require more calories than women, and you're young (my age!) so it's important to not cut by too much! if you eat around 3k a day, you can probably stick around 2k healthily, but I don't suggest lower than 1750, especially since you're a big guy. You require more nutritional intake than smaller people!0
