I know this isn’t the most complicated of recipes but I finally took the time to make it tonight for dessert and took a photo, I love taking photos of my creations!

Take that McDonalds and Tim Horton’s with your 240+ caloric treats for $2.50 when I can make them at home for less than $1.

Yogurt Parfait

1/8 cup frozen raspberries
¼ cup Kellogg’s Muslix cereal, divided
1/8 cup frozen blueberries
1/8 cup frozen mango
2, 100g Silhouette strawberry yogurt containers (35 cals each)
1, 100g Silhouette vanilla yogurt containers

Directions: spoon in 50g of strawberry yogurt in each glass followed by blueberries, approximately 2 tbsp vanilla yogurt, 1/8 cup Muslix, 2 tbsp strawberry yogurt, raspberries, 2 tbsp vanilla yogurt, 1/8 cup Muslix and top with a frozen mango chunk. Let stand at room temperature 10-30 minutes. Serves 2.

WW Points: 3

Thanks for all the compliments guys!

I noticed a calculation error in the recipe but don’t worry, it doesn’t affect the nutrition.

To make 2 servings you use 3 containers of yogurt but I noticed the rest of the ingredients I listed are just for one serving. I obviously got confused looking at my log (which is obviously just one serving) when typing out the recipe.

    Here is the corrected recipe for 2 servings;

    Yogurt Parfait

    ¼ cup frozen raspberries
½ cup Kellogg’s Muslix cereal, divided
    ¼ cup frozen blueberries
    ¼ cup frozen mango
2, 100g Silhouette strawberry yogurt containers (35 cals each)
1, 100g Silhouette vanilla yogurt containers

    WW Points: 3 (serves 2)

    Nutrition: 161 calories, 1g fat, 3g fiber, 6g protein, 32g carbohydrates

Sorry for any confusion that caused.
