My long term goal is 150-160
My short term goal is to get below 240. 10 lbs at a time As of this morning I am down to 249.

Starting Weight on Monday, 12/31 was 187.

I'd love to join you guys, the more accountability I've got the better.
I weighed in on Saturday at 210. I think I'm going to do it like the show and post my start, my last week, my new week and my percentage lost (or, gulp, gained) for the week, if I can figure out how to do the math :laugh:

Todays weight (this morning) was 173.4. Yes, I am going to be anal about the .4 part :laugh:
My goal for Wednesday morning is 172.5! Just thought I would throw that in there.
I'm anal about the point whatever too so youre not alone.
I will take part in this too, my starting weight today is 221.4, goal for wednesday is 220.4. :laugh:
