Hi guys and gals!

Well hi everyone, I know I'm not really new to this, but I haven't really committed to MFP since I started using it.

So this is it. If you're reading this, then you're witness to me starting this properly.

I'll log everything I eat everyday.
I'll encourage my friends as best as I can.
I'll post an update to my YouTube blog at least every week.

I figured I can't do this alone any more. That's one of the reasons I started using YouTube. I know weight loss stories are a very popular category on YouTube, so I know people will see my videos. And if people know I'm committing, making it public, and posting results every week, then I'll have to stick to it. I'll feel so embarrassed if I don't reach my goals. It's like a motivation in itself. There's so many videos on there of other peoples success stories, I think I'll add my journey to the pile :)
