Recently afraid of calories and anything not "healthy"

For a few months I have been tracking my calories and trying to lose weight. I am 128 and 5'5". And i am trying to be 115. I use to be 140 and managed to lose 10 pounds and keep it off for a year. Now I am trying to become toned and fit. However, I have been sticking to about 1,300 calories a day. I workout for a good two hours a day (running 30, lifting / squats/ ect the rest) the thing is I freak out if I eat anything "unhealthy" or something large in calories. It has become a fear of gaining weight and eating over 1,500 calories. I feel in control when I eat 1,300 or less. Can anyone tell me what I should do to stop this ?

This. 128 is a healthy weight for your height, even if you have a small frame. It's at the low end or even underweight if you are larger than a small frame. Your relationship with food is very unhealthy. Get help.

Nobody is being mean here...seriously, the help you need will not be found on some internet community. What you're describing is one of the very real dangers of this calorie counting stuff. Some people just can't do it without it turning south on them.

You may try doing some research for yourself about the health benefits of stuff like nuts, chia seeds, avocado, coconut oil, and fatty fish. This may help you to rationalize that these high calorie foods have a lot of nutritional bang for the calorie buck. Please do seek professional help if you still fear high calorie foods and cannot maintain a healthy calorie intake.

It may be worth noting as well that because you're now in a healthy weight range...you should no longer be focusing on the scale.

You could try a little less running and little more resistance training. If you build more muscle, you will absolutely be toned and see the look you want in the mirror. You should also remember that you have to feed your body to build muscle - it's likely that your calorie restriction is actually preventing this.
