How do I accurately track calories that I burn doing daily activities and while at the gym if the machines are calibrated for a person who weighs 150 lbs., which I don't?

Purchase a heart rate monitor. I am using the Polar FT7 and love it! You'll get a more accurate burn than the generic readouts from gym machines. I picked mine up from heartratemonitorsusa.com for about $75.0

When I work out, the machines give me calories burned for a 150 lb. person. How do I figure out the amount of calories that I burned?0

If possible, invest in a heart rate monitor (one that has a chest strap will give you more accurate readings).0

It's the internet, not a mind readers convention.
What machines?
What are you doing on the machines?
How much do you weigh?
How fit are you?
Etc etc etc.0
