Anyone up for JM 30 day shred?

I am fairly new to MFP. Just wondering if anyone else is ready to go through the 30 day shred with me. We can take pics and measurements and then share results.

I've been wanting to get back on track! It's been a month and a half since I did it. I am feeling sluggish and need to get back into this. I walk at lunch at work but it's not enough. I will start tomorrow Saturday. I like to work out in the morning, take a shower and start my day with energy!

I'm currently doing it, but a modified version. I started with level 2 and will do 10 days total of that and 10 days of level 3. I am currently on day 7. I will probably do 6 week 6 pack and no more trouble zones the last 10 days. I will prob post pics afterwards too! I haven't noticed any change yet but I'm only a week in! Hopefully I will see some change by the end of this though!0

I think most people start noticing a change after week 2. So just hang in there!!0 -
I completed it two years ago. Last month I completed 10 days of it, tried day one of level 2 and then quit. I really want to give it another go. I will start tomorrow and stick with it this time around.

Im starting it today and hope my will power ( and knees) will help me get all the way through. I am looking to improve fitness rather than lose weight as I need something to get me kick started and prepared as I would like to do T25 in a few months:) Wish me luck!0

Moving to level 2 tomorrow! Looking forward to it. Level 1 was getting kind of stale. I checked out the list of exercises on another blog, and it looks more fun.0

This is the exact post I was looking for! I just did D1 L1 and I realized just how out of shape this tushy is!!! I took measurements this morning so I'm excited to see results!!! I'm trying to do 4-5 days a week also. Add me! I need someone to tag off of.0

I started on Friday..but skipped Sun/Mon...I am going to get started back and join you guys...maybe having to be accountable to this group will help me get up at 5am to get it done....let's go!0

Ok so in 2 days I start level 2...I haven't weighed or measured but I only weigh once a month.....the weekend I put on a sports bra that I had not previously been able to get on...so I think there is progress....anyone else????0

I lost 6 pounds in level 1. I had minimal loss in inches (1/2" off hips and waist), minimal changes in arms/legs.
So far my weight hasn't budged on level 2, but my diet wasn't up to par, so I blame that, and have gotten myself back on track.
I will finish level 2 on Friday and confirm weight & measurements. My pants are feeling looser today, so I'm hoping for good results.0 -
I haven't done it on a daily basis..but I am going to do better try and do everyday except Sunday it is a complete rest day for me as I am going a day with church usually..hopefully I can post some results after level two...I am going to measure today as I haven't done that either....0
