Do you eat back ALL your calorie burn??

Yeah, I know this question and variations of it have been asked so MANY times. I've read through a lot of the old post. What I keep seeing is that many agree that the calorie burn for MFP is a little off, making it appear you burned more. From comments on old post I've noticed many eat only a percentage back.

It does seem high that a step class would burn 600 calories or that a 3 mile run would burn 500.

So, what do you do? Most importantly is what you are doing actually working? Do you eat them all? Do you eat some? How did you figure out how much you should eat back?

Thank you everyone!

I used my polar ft4 HRM for all my exercise activities, and went by that.
I still lost weight or maintained, depending on where I was at, while eating back most or all of my calories burned.
I still use my HRM logs when I input my exercise now, and still eat back most or all of the calories.
It works for me just fine. I also lost weight using the mfp numbers prior to getting my hrm, because they were either close to my HRM or even lower than my actual burn.

Personally speaking if I eat all of my exercise calories back I don't see too much of a weight loss change, but then I have my MFP set to slightly active so I have more calories to consume. I think it's a matter of trying different things until you get it right for you. Try it for a few weeks but if that time of the month is close then try it for a few more as that really messes with the numbers. If you don't see any changes or it's not what you expected (as long as it's reasonable) change it again until it's perfect for you.

Depends on how hungry I am, to be honest.
