Just stretch every day. Find your comfort zone, then go slightly beyond it and hold for 15-30 seconds. Release. Try again.
It won't be a fast adjustment, but over time you'll become more flexible.0 -

Yoga did wonders for my flexibility. If you can find a cheap or free yoga class for beginners, I highly recommend it.0

Yeah, I can find the classes. I'm just kind of a cardio junkie. I feel guilty when I do yoga although I did the p90x yoga once, and let me tell you, I never worked so hard.0

It's really just a matter of getting back into the habit of doing it again. Stretch everyday, and you'll find in a week, you'll be more flexible than you were. Just keep at it. Our bodies are wonderful at regaining things we couldn't do before!0

Do some yoga. Really helps0

Yoga's good, or if you're looking for pretty intensive stretching, I really like Fit & Bendy's contortion stretching DVD - it's an hour long and it takes you through exercises for splits, backbends, and other "extreme" positions. It's helped me get my straddle splits back to something reasonable-looking, which is saying something!0
