    I'm down almost 20 but haven't taken a picture yet. I just don't feel like I look any different. My clothes are much looser, but I'm afraid I'll take a picture and say "Hmm... no difference.."

    thanks! I don't "feel" like I look different from 40lbs ago, the mental thing takes a while to realize what your body is accomplishing! Take Pictures, if theres one thing I can stress its to take pictures! I promise 20lbs you will notice a difference!! even if its slight, like your waist, thighs, *kitten*, arms, shoulders, youll notice a difference somewhere!!! so go take one girl!
