Is there any way I can change net calories on different days?
Kind of like the 5:2 diet, when you eat 500 calories for 2 days and normally the rest of the week. Except I want to eat lower (around 1300) for 6 days and have one splurge day a week of around 1800 cals. But I don't know if there's any way I can choose to have one day a week to show a higher net calories than the rest of the week.
Does that make ANY sense?

No, you would just have to eat under or over your calorie goal. You can't tell it "I want X goal 6 days a week and Y goal 1 day a week" etc.
You could change your calorie goal everyday, but there's no real point to it. I think it would be more annoying than anything to go in and constantly change it.0 -
You could set your cals to maintainance and then watch your weekly intake and make sure your 3500 under your goal ( if you wanted to loose 1lb per week)
Hope this helps0
