My first little success!

I'm being brave and posting this. I thought I looked half decent in the photo on the left, until I tried on the same outfit 7 weeks later and 12lbs down. Didn't think I'd seen a difference until I put them side by side.
Still a way to go, but nearly a stone off so I'm a happy bunny!
I also tried on a dress for NYE about 3 weeks ago in a UK size 16 which was fine round the waist but a bit big up top. Popped in there yesterday and tried on the 14 which fit
Tried the 16 on out of curiosity and it fell down!
