Hello,
I found a video of 30 day shred level 1 for free on youtube. It shows a workout around of 30 minutes. In the actual video do you do the same workout every day or it is different all 30 days?
Thanks

i think its just 3 different videos... you do the first one for a week or so then move onto the next, but do the same workout every day. be careful though as there are a lot of people saying they get bad knee pains and calf pains from doing it every day... it is really meant to be done every other day0

There are 3 levels. You should be able to find the other 2 levels on youtube as well. Each level is 10 days.0

She recommends doing it 6 days a week. Apart from the warm up and cool down it's only three circuits of 6 minutes. 3 min strength 2 cardio 1 abs in each circuit.0

There's 3 levels all around 26ish minutes each - the warm-up, the 3 circuit main workout and then a cool-down. I believe a quick Google can pull up links to the other 2 levels but you can also buy all 3 levels on iTunes, I just got the 30 Day Shred DVD from Amazon though in the end, it's easier!
They recommend you do each level for 10 days each, so 30 days but I just moved onto the next level when I felt ready, whether that was a few days in or like more than 10 days if I didn't feel I was capable enough to advance to the next level yet. It's up to you!0
