Yes, I know I need to pack a lunch! This is for those times when you're out with friends and you want to make a better, if only marginally, decision. What are your favorite choices at your frequent fast food and sit down chain restaurants?
I'm all about a small chili from Wendy's... 180 calories and it fills me up like a big meal.

Whopper Jr! Even with cheese and mayo it's around 350 cals, according to their nutrition PDF, plus it's got tomato, pickle, onion, and lettuce on it. Without mayo and cheese it's around 240. Hot n Ready pepperoni pizzas from Little Caesar's are about 240ish per slice last I checked. I never eat at sit down places, really.0

I'm a big fan of Chipotle's burrito bowls.
If that isn't an option, I really like the McDouble from McDonald's.
(Okay, that's probably not healthier, but it's still my go-to.)0 -
another vote here for chipotle's burrito bowls. packs a great protein punch, and fits well in my day.
taco bell is my other go-to and i usually grab a 6pack of crunchy (fresca if i'm feeling extra healthy. lulz).
tons of fire sauce too.0 -
Panera bread chicken power hummus bowl. 330 calories, 25 grams of protein and delicious!0

Junior bacon burger from Wendy's...hold the mayo and cheese! Yum:-)0

Taco Bell Fresco burrito supreme. Chicken or steak are both under 400 calories, they're in the 350 range. Burger King has a veggie burger that's around 310 calories that's pretty good also.0
