hi there, I had my 4th child in June , 4th child in 5 years, so although I didn't put on too much weight each time, all those little bits add up, so now I am on a mission to get back to my pre 1st pregnancy weight! I only get a few times during the week to work out as I stay at home with the kids, so it's tough, but my biggest problem is my sweet tooth and snacking!! Here goes to seeing some movement on the ticker!!

Was away last weekend with my hubby but I really did surprise myself and didn't do too badly at all. We walked everywhere which helped an awful lot, so all set for Christmas now!!0
