Ok, I found the technical support "forum" which turns out not to be a forum at all. At least, if it is a forum, I can't figure out how to post in it. There's no Start a Topic or New Topic etc. button.
So, where do I go to post questions TO OTHER MEMBERS about technical issues with the site/app?
