What are your goals?

I have a bunch of goals to accomplish! I'll start with physical goals:
-Run 1.5 miles in under 15 minutes
-Swim 500 meters in under 15 minutes
-Do at least 50 consecutive curl ups
-Do at least 50 consecutive push ups

Body Goals
-Feet together, thighs apart
-Bikini bridge
-Lift my butt up, firm and round (right now it's saggy, soft, and flat haha)
-Tiny waist, wide hips (there's nothing I can really do about having wide hip, so I figure I might as well embrace them!)

What are your goals?

  • to get my body back! no, i have no kids, I just lost it because I went back to eating junk food.
  • Those are some great goals.

    My goals are:

    Be able to run a 5k straight thru not stopping then move up from there.
    Tone my arms, thighs, behind and tummy, want my abs back :)

    Get back on track with implementing one new healthy recipe a week. Gets hard at times with crazy schedules, but I love to cook.

    My parents are celebrating their 50th Wedding Anniversary in August so I want to rock a really cute dress.

    My hips are really wide so I naturally have a thigh gap. When I used to weigh around 180lbs it was nice. I have put on a few inches on my thighs since then, but I know I can work it off. It's all about your body shape. At 180lbs I was no where near under weight. It's ok to have a thigh gap.

    I don't have any body image goals but I do want to accomplish the following:

    - Run a 5K under 30 minutes, run with no walk a 10K this year, and someday run a marathon
    - 720 on a snowboard
    - Win a 4.0 tennis tournament
    - Break 90 in golf
    - Do a flip
    - Be able to do fighting form flawlessly (martial arts aerial kata)
    - Be able to reach and scratch every part of my back

    -Compete in women's physique in the NPC.
    -Pro card in women's bodybuilding in the NGA.
    -Muscle ups
    -Human flag.
    -Bench my body weight.

    I've pretty much hit the rest.

    Other than the weight loss goal, my physical goal is pretty simple: be able to climb in the White Mountains this spring without undue huffing and puffing. Even the very fit friend I hope to climb with does SOME huffing and puffing when going up a mountain, but not feeling like I want to die would spare me embarrassment and him concern.
