    I plan for desserts and make it work as often as I can. I have a snack like food nearly every day. Sometimes is chips, sometimes its candy, sometimes its ice cream.

    Or sometimes its all of the above and then some.

    If I skip them or severely limit my sweets, I will go on a binge and to more damage than just making it work.

    I'm working on setting up better eating habits because just saying No to sweets ends with my covered in chocolate syrup and shame in a carb coma on the weekends.

    :laugh: Me too! Why isn't moderation easier?!

    I eat what I want within moderation. I can't (well dont want too) cut out, just cut down.

    I have a small serving of chocolate most days, carefully chosen. I love Healthy Choice frozen Greek yogurt, have it maybe once or twice a week.

    I also have a glass or 2 of wine once or twice a week. It's harder for me to say no to 2 glasses of wine than it is to say no to 2 servings of chocolate.
