close military push ups
triceps focused dips (so not so much chest/leaned forward dips)
cable pull/press downs
Get a horse to kick you in the back of the arm

To add to all of the wonderful suggestions so far...you can do them (dips) at home on the edge of a chair or bench individually or part of a circuit. You can do most of these exercises any where. Have fun!0

Dumbbell skull crushers for me.
Because I'd probably drop the bar on my face or hit myself more often than I do with DBs.0 -

Rope pull downs and dumbbell tricep kickbacks. My vote.0

Yoga pushups a.k.a chataranga pushups. Like regular pushups except you keep your elbows close to your sides. Start off on your knees in a plank position then go to your toes to advance the move. Works your tris and shoulders!0

yeah- skull crushers- close bench- and the over head DB press thing- are all out for me because of elbow issues.which is why I forgot to add them- I don't do them- mai bad.
but don't forget the horse- that's really your best bet0
