Fruit, nut, and vegetable diet

Has anyone ever tried this diet before?
Im trying to get rid of this last 20 pounds and this diet sounds good so far.
Basically i'll be eating a lot of nuts. peanuts, almonds, walnuts, pistachios ect paried with lots of fruits and vegetables.

No, I haven't. And it wouldn't be my first or second choice either.0

Nope I would just focus on being in a calorie deficit to lose weight. No sense being so restrictie. Basically that sounds like vegan eating... which is a personal food preference. If you like meat and animal products though, why not eat it? It won't make you lose faster unless it helps you stay in a calorie deficit I guess...0

OP, sounds like you are describing Fruitarianism or some form of Veganism. If it floats your boat, then who am I to judge.0
