Quick Lime Cilantro Chicken

I found this to be MUCH too tart. Anyone else? Next time I'd use half as much lime juice, and/or add another flavor to cut it a bit. The tips on how to cook the chicken were spot on and resulted in nicely browned thoroughly cooked pieces, so I appreciated that!
I served it on a bed of Chipotle-style cilantro lime rice, and that was good!0 -
