A smallish apple is about 100 calories once you remove the core.
Yeah, thank you, but I'm not really looking for single food items. I've definitely eaten apples before. I'm looking for a bit of variety. I like trying new things.0 -
I sauteed a bunch of kale and spinach with garlic and topped with a poached egg. Toast or crackers or somesuch would probably be good with that but I definitely didn't need it. (PS poaching eggs is super easy and takes about 5 minutes! try googling different methods.)0

OK. NOT a recipe, but I SWEAR by it. Skinnypop Popcorn. 39 calories per cup, so one 4 cup serving is 156 yummy calories. It's the best bagged popcorn I ever ate.
Now for a recipe:
1 Full sheet of Keebler Graham Cracker = 60 calories
1 Tbsp Krema Peanut butter 95 calories
Total 155 calories
Strawberry Smoothie
1 cup frozen strawberries = 50 calories
1/4 C lowfat vanilla yogurt approx 50
1/2 C almond milk 30
Total 130 calories
Hope those help!0 -

Once slice of awesome garlic toast (I eat this for a nighttime snack often!)
1 slice 45 cal bread
1/2 T butter
Garlic powder (however much you like)
1 T parmesan cheese
Spread the butter on the bread, sprinkle with garlic powder, then parm cheese. Broil til the cheese melts. YUMMY!

Easy Chopped Salad .........around 100 calories
1 Stalk sliced celery*
1/3 C shredded carrots
1/4 cup peas (I use frozen peas.....they thaw by lunchtime)
Stir in 2 Tbl Newman's Light Sesame Ginger dressing
*Can swap out celery for thawed french style green beans - just the right crunch (not regular cut frozen green beans...too much water).0 -
peanut butter fingers:
take first two fingers
place two fingers together
dip fingers in jar of peanut butter
lick peanut butter off fingers
my kind of recipe. but i bet closer to 400 calories:)
