Whats shakin My awesome people of MFP?!?!?!?
So I had a nice heavy lifting session yesterday in my basement...Bench press, overhead press, shrugs and some push ups!
I was feeling so good that I even did Laundry while I was down there.
So I decided to reward myself by pan cooking MEAT! ROund top....yummmmmmm
My question is did I overdo it? Is 1.25 lbs of meat too much?
What do you think?
I also ate an avocado.

OH YES!! I think it is perfect! I once put down a 3lb burrito that had 2lbs of meat in it.
The avocado will help with digestion!0 -

You probably should have gone for 1.5 pounds, but 1.25 pounds is still okay.0 -
1.25lb of meat, naw might want some extra fiber to help get rid of it, but that's not bad... I always make sure me & hubs has at least 7-10oz of meat when I cook. Need our protein!
