Whats shakin My awesome people of MFP?!?!?!?

So I had a nice heavy lifting session yesterday in my basement...Bench press, overhead press, shrugs and some push ups!
I was feeling so good that I even did Laundry while I was down there.

So I decided to reward myself by pan cooking MEAT! ROund top....yummmmmmm

My question is did I overdo it? Is 1.25 lbs of meat too much?

What do you think?

I also ate an avocado.

  • OH YES!! I think it is perfect! I once put down a 3lb burrito that had 2lbs of meat in it.

The avocado will help with digestion!

You probably should have gone for 1.5 pounds, but 1.25 pounds is still okay.

1.25lb of meat, naw might want some extra fiber to help get rid of it, but that's not bad... I always make sure me & hubs has at least 7-10oz of meat when I cook. Need our protein!

All the proteins and healthy fats, sounds like a win to me.

Meat is murder. Tasty, tasty murder.

You'll be fine. Your plumbing might take a hit though.
Did you wash it down with beer? because... well... beer!

We'll wait to see how it "all comes out in the end". If you don't explode, you're okay!
  • I love everyone's responses to this. Also, sounds kind of delicious.
