I have NO idea how to choose a HRM and I was hoping you all could guide me in the right direction. Right now my exercise consists of walking, 30 day Shred and running on the treadmill. I am 5'4" and 165 pounds.
THANKS!

I should mention that I would like it to count calories burned, really just the basics0

I couldn't afford all the bells and whistles but wanted to get one that calc'd how many calories I burn when I walk and when I go to Zumba class. I got the Polar FT4. Everyone on this site RAVES about Polar brand and now I do too.
I LOVE IT! So easy to use. Has the chest strap to be more accurate. Tells me how long I workout, calories burned, average heart rate, max heart rate and how long I spent in the "target zone".
Paid $69 for mine.0 -
