Want to lose over 20 pounds!

Hey everyone, I'm 24, somewhere around 5'5-5'6 and now weight 143 pounds. I'm trying to lose a bit of weight before vacations in May! :D And of course then continue after because I don't think I can do it healthily in such a short time.

I've had an account for a while but haven't used it as much as I should. Still lost some weight , not sure how, I thought I was feeling fatter! :laugh:

So I'm trying to stay on track with eating habits but I need some motivation to exercise. It's the hardest thing to do for me because I don't enjoy moving and have depression (suppose that doesn't help).

But yes, feel free to add me and so on. I'm shy but friendly.

    Doesn't matter, support is good and honestly I don't know how long it'll take for me to get to my goal, I've been wanting to lose weight for a long time and somehow just can't stick to it. I know it's not a huge amount but you know, it's hard regardless of the number if you lack motivation!

    So it might take a while! :embarassed:

    Hey, I had this problem and tried so many things. Different things work for different people and I was lucky enough to find one that worked for me. I lost 18 pounds in one month without much exercise and it's been a life changer. I'm a little embarrased to post my before and after photos here but if anyone actually cares to hear what I've been doing then I'd be happy to help in any way.
