Diet soda is healthier for you. Check the nutrition guide. I've never heard of someone losing weight, because they switched from regular soda to diet.

The whites should be well done but the yolk runny.
Don't worry about dietary cholesterol.
Some people are genetically sensitive to dietary cholesterol (hypercholesterolemia).

Coffee, tea, fizzy drinks aren't water and can not be counted as water.
What ? Isn't this true? I have read this before and been told this by so many people, I honestly thought it was true. I heard for every coffee, tea, fizzy drink you should have 2 cups of water to balance it out.0
