Yes please! Each month my goal is to lose ~5 pounds. Although if I lose 8 pounds this month I will no longer be "overweight" by BMI standards

My heaviest was 202 lbs and i was 196.4 lbs when i restarted my journey last month, 01/03! I started insanity 01/20 at 194.6 lbs. I really want to get into the 170's by the end of March. My goal weight in around 160, depending on how i look and feel! I love my curves and just want to get healthy. After Insanity (03/22) ill be heading to the track to start jogging!

Ive just started back on MFP so think this challenge is just the thing for my motivation.
I am going to use my starting weight from only a week ago as this is like a "fresh start". Im in kgs not pounds so I have 2.3 kg to lose which is 5 lb.
