How do I log a 30ds level 1 workout? Anyone know how many calories it burns roughly?

I think circuit training is a good way of logging it.0

Using a heart rate monitor would probably be most accurate, but absent that I vote circuit training. For me I know I burned about 150-190 calories a session.0

I'm 195 lbs, and I burned about 230 calories if that helps0

20 minutes of circuit training is how I did it.0

I think i read somewhere that a 150 lb person burns close to 200 per 30 min work out.0
