    I have done Insanity and T25 nude. It's mostly because I do those workouts in my basement, and at 5am didn't really feel like going back upstairs to fish my workout clothes out.

    Honestly, it wasn't a big deal. I'd do it again. Heck, I might do it tomorrow.

    If you see anyone at your window...

    ...it isn't me. I try to bypass 5am as much as possible.
