    weight fluctuates, this is normal

check out your sodium intake for the past few days, if that is inconsisitent that is will effect water retention in your body and lead to weight fluctuations. Also make sure you rehydrate well after workout and througout the day.

make sure you get a rest day in there

sigh, in a nutshell, you're human and don't sweat it...

Sodium levels retain water, if you are running you are probably eating a lot of carbs

How often are you weighing yourself? Same time of day? Same conditions?

if you are doing it too frequently, you will see normal variations - try spacing out weigh ins

Weigh/measure and log your food, and eat your TDEE-15 or 20% to lose weight.

my advice would be to weight only every 2 weeks. that way the daily up and downs will not affect you.

It happens....I am 4lb up today from yesterday. This used to freak me out, but I know now that it isn't 'fat'!

Have you ever tried HIIT workouts instead of the running? Its best to try a lot of things and see what works best. Change it up.

I usually swing in a 10 lbs range. Completely normal.

Log everything you eat accurately & honestly. Weigh your food.

If you're not losing, you're not eating at a deficit. Read this: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1080242-a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-sexypants

Are you weighing yourself everyday? A lot depends on what you ate the day before, even if you are staying in your calorie goals. I would suggest weighing yourself no more than once a week, on the same day, at the same time of day, wearing the same clothes (or nothing) to get more of an accurate picture of how you are trending.

Also, you say you haven't been "too accurate with app." Try tracking everything as carefully as possible, weighing and measuring your food, for a few weeks. I'm fairly new here myself and one thing I learned quickly was that, despite being an experienced cook, I stank at estimating portions.

Just to clarify, are you aiming to eat 1500 calories a day? That's crazy low if your BMR is 1875. Since you're not losing, I'm thinking I misinterpreted what you said...or your tracking is really off.

This happens to me too. I fluctuate between 208 and 212 right now, but I've seen spikes as scary as 216. It's disheartening, and I often eat bad on the days that I weigh in and the number is high. It's like "well if I'm going to gain weight on a diet, why not just eat whatever I want?" That is, however, not the healthy response.

I've personally found that the pie chart of fat/carbs/protein intake is a better indicator of where my weight goes. if I keep it in a healthy balance and my sodium and sugar stay level, I will lose weight. if I get too much of one 'piece of the pie', or I overindulge in sugars and salts, I gain weight.

Instead of monitoring your calories in a more strict fashion (although that may help too), try to monitor your nutrient intake. keep it balanced and watch the sugar/salt, and you may see improvement.
