Never done anything of the sort seriously. First time. Started last week, can't say I am loving it (during the workout) either - Shaun T works your butt off!
I stick with Tania the modifier for the most part, but I feel so very accomplished afterwards!
Its only 25 minutes, so coming up with an excuse of why one is not able to do it it is very difficult!
So determined to say ALPHA = DONE and either do it again, or move on to Beta!

Hi,
I started T25 last Monday - 24th...3 days in and I'm actually quite enjoying it in a perverse way. I chose to do it as I struggle to get to the gym regularly with work and home life and when I do go I end up doing the same thing as I don't have time to plan something new. This way with T25 I just press play and let Shaun tell me what to do.
Cardio and Speed 1.0 were ok, but last nights Total Body has me aching...
How is anyone else doing?0 -

I'm in. Did P90X for several weeks, but just couldn't do the hours. I'm hoping to actually complete this program since it's less time (and fewer weeks).0

I started it this past Monday.. it is quite a workout! Sean T doesn't offer any breaks in this one which differs from Insanity. 25 minutes doesn't seem like a lot until you aren't supposed to stop moving once. He makes squats seem like a break. It is great though and I definitely feel great after the workout... sore, but great.0

I am just finishing week 8, or week 3 of Beta round Stick with it you will be happy you did. So far I am liking Beta way better than I did Alpha. it is a tough workout but you will feel great when its over. have fun!0

Hoping someone can help me out....I have the insanity program but find all the pushups etc hard due to tendonitis in my wrist. It is just too much and really aggravates it. I usually do situps during those exercises. Can someone tell me if T25 is the same or is there a small amount of pushups??

HAAAAAAAAA Alpha Wk 4 Day 1 (cardio) tomorrow...I hadn't noticed the missing undies on Scott but now I HAVE to look...I think this will be the first time I'm looking forward to Cardio! So much for head in neutral spine.:laugh:0

Have you tried buying those perfect push up thingies? Ive heard those help. But No, I would not say there are a lot of push ups. There aren't any in Cardio..0 -

Amber, it really does take a little practice. Shaun T has a dancing background so the coordinated moves come very easily to him. My husband was like wtf? I try to do the move slowely until I get it, leave the arms out so you can focus on your legs and then build from there. Even if you are doing the move half as quickly as him in the beginning, at least you are doing it. There aren't many moves so eventually you will get it. Keep at it!0 -
Don't worry, I'm not coordinated either when it comes to aerobics style moves, kick, twist, punch etc etc
I just go at my pace and make sure I do each move properly. My take is that it's better to do 10 moves correctly rather than 20 with really bad form.
I've also noticed that a couple of the moves in day 3 and 4 are the same as 1 and 2 so I'd guess that they become easier the more you do them.
Keep at it and give it at least the alpha phase, if you still aren't 'in the swing' then see what weight loss you've had and decide if its right for you.0 -

Hi everyone! I just got my T25 and planning to start Monday. I'm feeling a bit intimidated....I put on Alpha Cardio DVD just to try it and only made it about 12 minutes with the modifier...yikes! Looking for improvement day by day!! Id love to have some new friends so feel free to FR me.0

I'm starting today! I did the cardio on Saturday just to try it out, and really enjoyed it. It kicked my butt for sure, but I felt great afterwards. Bit stiff yesterday though, but I know that will pass. Good luck to others starting today0

I've been doing a hybrid, doing Gamma and some Beta now and other cardio DVD's to mix it up when I have more time than 25 minutes.
I overall like it a lot, nothing is perfect but it packs a punch for 25 minutes. I find most of the moves doable, maybe not as fast, but they aren't too complicated. If I can't do one, I do one close to it.
I am probably too late in the game to join but I wish everyone luck.0 -
